  • Opinion 2011-189: Distinction made by the UtrechTrent Foundation in allocating prize and appearance money among athletes for the 2011 Jaarbeurs Utrecht Marathon constitutes unlawful discrimination on the grounds of race and nationality.
  • Opinion 2010-175: A university has committed prohibited discrimination on the grounds of gender by refusing to provide a man, who is a transsexual, with a new certificate with his current male first names.
